Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
The data controller is Zenthoria LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (contact: contact@zenthoria.tech). This policy explains what personal data Athloryx collects when you use athloryx.org, why, and what control you have. We collect only what is needed to run the Service.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email, name and sign-in identifiers, managed through our authentication provider.
- Preferences: favourite sport, style and platforms chosen at onboarding.
- Content you generate: the topics you submit and the AI output, kept in your history so you can reuse and export it.
- Calendar and social connections: scheduled posts and, if you connect X, TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, the access tokens and account name needed to publish for you.
- Billing data: your plan and Stripe customer reference. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Technical data: IP address (for rate limiting and security), error reports and basic request logs.
2. Why we use it
To provide the Service (contract), to bill you (contract and legal obligation), to keep it secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), and to fix errors (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data and do not use your content to train AI models.
3. Who processes it
We rely on these providers, each acting as a processor under its own data-protection terms:
- Clerk — authentication and user accounts
- Neon — database hosting
- Vercel — application hosting
- Anthropic — AI generation: the topic and settings of each request are sent to produce the output
- Stripe — payments and invoicing
- Upstash — rate limiting
- Sentry — error monitoring, when enabled
- X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube — only when you connect them and publish
Some of these providers are located in or transfer data to the United States; transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Don’t put sensitive data in prompts
Prompts are sent to an AI provider. Please do not enter sensitive personal information about yourself or others.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, history, templates, calendar and social tokens are erased. Billing records may be retained by us and Stripe as required by accounting law. Backups and logs expire on a rolling basis.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws you can access, correct, export, restrict or delete your data and object to certain processing. Most of this is self-service in Settings: export your data as a file, and delete your account permanently. For anything else, or to complain, write to contact@zenthoria.tech. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage: session and security cookies from our authentication provider, and your language and interface preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit, access is authenticated, and secrets are kept server-side. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as required by law.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We will update this page when practices change and revise the date above; material changes will be flagged in the app or by email.
